Hello there, as my first official blog post, i am going to introduce this foodie place around the Queensway area, a place called ABC Brickworks Market & Food Centre. They have a lot of varieties of food selections similar to any other Food Centres you can find in Singapore. However, if i were to breakdown a few of my favorites that i found at this location, these would be the following.
One of my favorites would be the Yuan Yuan Claypot Rice. Yummy! What i like about this stall, would be their tender chicken that is submerge within the hot steamy rice together with their lightly flavored sweet sauce, that is cooked perfectly. Personally, i do not like my food to be too sweet but this dish are just done to my satisfaction. On top of that, their service is a thumbs up. I have to say they have a lot of customers; however, you do not have to wait for long. They are just quick.
Next, would be the Tanglin Oysters stall, i would call it. We happen to pass by this stall and saw a queue, so being the typical 'yes we must try, since there's a queue, it must be good' kinda mindset, we queued for it. Since we were pretty full we ordered the Oysters Omelette, which doesn't consist of flour unlike the original Fried Oysters.
It turns out, AMAZING! Do you love Oysters? Well, i do. Their Oysters are so huge and yummy! I would definitely recommend this for any Oysters lovers out there.
Lastly for today, we had to do some errands at Queensway mall and stumbled upon this bubble tea place called Teng Tea. I think this is the only bubble tea place in the mall. They have a lot of varieties of drinks selection to choose from. I only have been here once or twice so i haven't tried many of their drinks but we got one of their recommendation, which is the Fresh Taro Milk Tea. It's very nice and refreshing. We also get their Yakult Green Tea. Overall it's ok but i would suggest going for the Fresh Taro Milk Tea because it's different, if you were to compare to any other bb tea places.
Give it a try and let me know your opinions.
Signing off,
